These Terms of Service govern your use of the Haven Homes website and any reservations made through it. Haven Homes is operated by Havenly Homes LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. By using our website or booking a stay, you agree to these Terms.

Reservations and Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and acceptance by Haven Homes. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation and payment has been successfully processed. The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years old, must be one of the guests staying at the property, and is responsible for the conduct of all guests during the stay.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. All rates are in U.S. dollars and may include applicable taxes and fees. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the total reservation amount and for any damages, additional cleaning fees, or other charges incurred during your stay.

Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in and check-out times are listed on each property page and in your reservation confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and is not guaranteed.

House Rules

Guests agree to follow the house rules provided for each property, including rules about occupancy limits, quiet hours, smoking, pets, parties and events, and use of amenities. Violations may result in additional fees or termination of the reservation without refund.

Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents caused during the stay, beyond normal wear and tear. We may charge the payment method on file for the cost of repair or replacement. Haven Homes and Havenly Homes LLC are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where required by law.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, available on this website.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
